 Can you edit items out of an image?

Non permanent items, such as tv cables or dead grass, are easy fixes. For ethical and legal reasons, we cannot digitally remove a permanent physical feature of a home. This includes removing cracks in walls or ceilings, telephone poles or electrical lines, or modifying any other structural deficiency or abnormality.

When will I receive my photos?

All residential photo packages include same day image delivery. Delivery times are within 8 hours of the shoot.

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive an email that will contain a link to download all of your images.

What is the resolution of the photos I will receive?

You will receive high resolution images, which are 3900 X 2600 pixels. These images are great for printed materials and advertisements. You will also receive web-optimized images, which are 1500 X 1000 pixels. These images are great for web, mobile and the MLS.

Can you upload the photos to MLS for me?

Due to MLS regulations 3rd party vendors are not allowed to log in to MLS under an agent’s name and password.

Do you shoot on weekends?

Yes. We offer weekend shoots by request at no additional charge.

What if I want to focus on certain features of the property?

When making your appointment let us know of any features you want to capture so that we will meet all your property needs.

Do you carry general liability insurance?

Yes.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or paypal. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. In the event you will not be present at the shoot, you may also prepay via paypal prior to your appointment. Payment must be received in full before your photos are delivered.

Are your prices based on the square footage of the property?

Yes, they are. The prices given on our home page are based on a home located in Corona and under 2,000 sqft. Here’s a breakdown of pricing based on the square footage (sqft):
